These terms govern your use of SEO Health, operated by SEO Health, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KL-05-0042131). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SEO Health provides online visibility audits and competitive insights for businesses, drawing on your own data and publicly available information from third-party platforms. The service is currently offered in beta and may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, use it to violate any law, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. Third-party data and results
Audits and insights are derived in part from third-party sources (such as Google and Meta platforms) and publicly available information. We provide this information for general guidance only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or any particular ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
5. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to SEO Health. You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kasaragod, Kerala will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and post the new version on this page.
